SIMPLE MACARONI AND CHEESE
Ingredients
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup Cheese, shredded (you choice of cheese)
Nutmeg, pinch
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Boil
4 cups water in a pan, after water boils add 1 teaspoon salt and 2 cups
macaroni, stir and cook for 8 - 10 minutes until done to your taste.
Drain well but do not rinse .Pour in sauce and stir and serve.
Melt
butter in sauce pan, put in cream and bring to a simmer, add salt and
pepper to taste and nutmeg. Add cheese, melt until smooth.
You can add cayenne, paprika or any spice you enjoy
